After an initial training, the members of the animation team will:
work together for the organization and making of recreational and sports activities for children,
preparing evening shows such as musicals, theater shows, talent shows in which they will be an integral part;
welcoming children and parents by providing information (even in a foreign language!) about the various activities offered.

REQUIREMENTS:

 Carrying out ordinary maintenance work (electricity, plumbing, masonry, etc.);
 Carrying out repairs and replacements necessary to keep the facilities in optimal conditions;
 Upkeeping of green areas;
 The maintenance of swimming pools;
 Responding promptly to reports of faults and/or problems.

Requirements:
 Good manual skills and familiarity with various types of work;
 Good knowledge of the Italian language;
 Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities;
 Good communication, organizational and time management skills complete the profile;
 Availability for flexible working hours,
 Experience in the industry and in the use of vehicles such as forklifts, tractors and other agricultural and work machinery

L’ufficio Controllo di Gestione supporta la pianificazione degli obiettivi aziendali e il monitoraggio delle performance del Gruppo attraverso la gestione del budget e delle spese.

Dopo un periodo di affiancamento al Controller Senior, il Junior Controller si dedicherà all'analisi e all'interpretazione dei dati finanziari per fornire strumenti propedeutici al processo decisionale.

Mansioni:

· Supporto nella pianificazione strategica e nell'analisi finanziaria
· Collaborazione nella definizione del budget e forecasting
· Stesura di report finanziari chiari e dettagliati per la direzione e le parti interessate
· Analisi periodiche sulle performance economico/finanziarie e operazioni aziendali, segnalando variazioni significative e tendenze
